In Life, Timing is Everything (June 10, 2007)

Current mood:tired
So I went out to play today. It was awesome. Laura called last night and wanted Keri and I to go to the Louisville Zoo with her. Awesome. So, we get up at the buttcrack of noon, and Keri ain't havin' it because she was up all night. Ok, that's cool. Laura and I went. We get to the zoo, onlt to find out that they decided to close early that day. LAAAAAME. So, now what?

Well, we drove around for a bit looking for things of interest and we stopped at a gas station and I talked to the dude who told me that unless we wanted to get drunk in a bar, there really wasn't much until later. BOOO! He DID, however, mention that we might enjoy going to Fourth Street Live! So, we went. It was pretty cool. There's an authentic British Pub there called.... The PUB. It was neat. I wanted to go there so bad, but we's kinda low on cash, and well, I drink alot.

We found this cool little art store thing and went in, which led us to like, an outdoor kinda mall thing? And from there we found our way to the coolest hotel ever. It was 19 stories high and there were 3 HUGE glass elevators, which we rode up and down a few times. Then we decided to go to 6 Flags. That was pretty awesome, too. We rode roller coasters and shit and it was way fun.

BUT, by getting in, we used ALL out money. I was sad. I really wanted some Dippin' Dots. They're the best ever. And it was SOOO hot. At one point, we were walkingsomewhere, and I jokingly (and anyone who knows me  MUC+ST know I was...) said, "Man, I'd damn close to suck a dick for some Dippin' Dots right about now." WELL! Little did I know, there was some dude on a bench who heard me and replied with, "Well, here ya go, baby!" and gestured to his junk. OMG. Had it not been so ridiculous funny, I think I'd have died of shame.

But that's ok. We thenh rode the log flume and got drenched, but unfortunately, we didn't find it until it was cool out and so we like to froze to death. Then, we rode this little shitty kids rollercoaster, and it ended up being the best one there. It was fast and it was (and I am shamed to say this) kinda scary.HAHAHA. It was covered on the top with all these sharp-ass ess turns and it like to flung you right off the side. It was wild.

So, yeah. Best day EVER. YAY!!! (Well, not EVER, I guess, but still, pretty damn good.)

Oh, and we got hugged by a bum.

The End.
