Tonight Was Awesome (June 11, 2007)

So Brian, Keri and myself went out tonight. It was awesome. We went to Cheeseburger in Paradise and ate and the food was fantastic, but OMG. I had a rum-runner, right? And I swear to God, this thing was as big as my head!!! I took pictures. They'll be online later. It was fantastic. They, like, LAYER the top of this enormous glass with Myers Dark Rum and then the rest of the drink is all full of rum and frozen-y goodness, too. OMG.... And again, the food? Delish!!

After that, we went to the Melody Inn in Indy (No, Daniel, it is NOT a seedy pay-by-the-hour motel, thank you very much...) and sawsome cool bands play. The first one was really cool and the little chick singing looked like one of my living dead dolls! She was adorable. And then there was "Beard-o." This man was the awesome. He had on this confederate style hat (black) with a white cross on it and he seriously had the most amazing facial hair ever. And MY GOD was he drunk. And he took pictures with us. Oh, they were so kick-ass.

And and and!!! The jukebox there is the best jukebox ever!!!! It has the Cure in it! And the Rev!!! And Morphine!! And Social Distortion! And Iggy Pop! Oh, it was so so so so so cool! And the bathrooms in there are graffitti'd all to hell and there are stickers on EVERYTHING promoting different bands and stuff and OH THAT PLACE IS SO PUNK ROCK!!!! I could have sat in there and read bathroom graffitti for HOURS!

So, then, we came back to my place and laughed ourselves stupid watching stuff on youtube. And then, well, we played the most terrible wonderful songs ever and jammed out. It was awesome. I don't think I have ever seen Brian laugh that much EVER and it was great. So, yeah. There's the majority of my day. :D:D:D:D:D
