I'll cut to the chase here. I won a fucking camera. A digital camera. This is cool to me, even though i have no idea what brand it is or anything, because I don't win shit. Ever. I quit buying raffle tickets and lotto tickets a while back, because I got NO return on them. Not even the scratchoffs. That's sad. But my employer has made a deal with us crazy employees that if we can go a month without a safety incident (lacerations, smashed fingers, dismemberment, etc.) they will draw for winners from each shift for what ever prize they have up for grabs that day. This is, I believe, the first month we have succesfully had no injuries, so the first drawing, and by god, I freakin' won. Sometimes life is so good.
